Can I park at the College?

We have a limited number of parking spaces available in College, with no daytime or overnight parking without prior permission from the Head Porter, porters.lodge@christs.cam.ac.uk On weekends, parking is available in the Hobson Street car park on a first come, first served basis. Once you arrive, please use the intercom to connect to the Porters’ Lodge, who will grant access.

Are there rooms available in College to stay overnight?

There is a limited amount of accommodation available in College in term time and vacation. You can find out more about accommodation and booking here. 

Can I bring a guest?

We run a range of events throughout the year where partners and guests are welcome to attend. These include concerts, lectures, dinners and our annual Family Day.

The limited space in Hall means that year-group reunion dinners are usually exclusively for alumni.

Please always check the event webpage which will confirm whether guests or partners are invited.

I am having problems booking online, what should I do?

Please email alumni@christs.cam.ac.uk to notify the Alumni Office of the issue you are experiencing and we will endeavour to resolve it for you. You can also book for events over the phone by calling us at +44 (0)1223 766710.

Can I get a refund if I cancel a booking?

We are often able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled before an event. Please email alumni@christs.cam.ac.uk or contact +44 (0)1223 766710 at the earliest opportunity if you need to cancel a booking.

Will photos be taken and how will they be used?

We often like to take photos at our events to use in our digital and print communications. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let a member of staff know in advance or on the evening.

What is the provision for disabled facilities?

There is disabled access to all main areas of College; however, there are only a limited number of easily accessible bedrooms. Please inform us when booking if you have any special requirements. For a more detailed access guide, you can visit AccessAble.
